The Architecture & Construction Career Academy prepares students for careers in designing, planning, managing, building, and maintaining physical structures such as residential homes. This includes the following career pathways: concrete management, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
Cane Ridge has established a partnership with Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) supporting its Architecture and Construction Career Academy. ABC will be supporting Cane Ridge by providing apprenticeship opportunities for Cane Ridge students, materials and supplies, teacher compensation to support adult night classes, and student testing fees for industry certification. Cane Ridge construction teacher, Harold Cunningham, is a certified testing facilitator and Cane Ridge will be a North America Technician Excellence (NATE) and ESCO industry certification testing facility.
